Setup the Image Pack on Firefox:
  
ANNOUNCEMENT! A script has been created for windows users only to do this for you so if you are one of the people who are unsure how to do it just download this file here and let the script do all the work. Please note before running the script you must close firefox!

How to setup the image pack on V1.5 and later: 

Download the image pack here if you don’t have it. 

Step One: Close all FireFox browsers you have open. 

Step Two: Open a text editing program such as, Notepad, Emacs, Vim, Pico, etc. 

Step Three: In the text editor program paste this code: 

user_pref("capability.policy.policynames", "localfilelinks" );
user_pref("capability.policy.localfilelinks.sites", "http://battles.interstellar-war.com" );
user_pref("capability.policy.localfilelinks.checkloaduri.enabled", "allAccess" ); 

Step Four: Save the file to the following location under the name user.js

Windows users note: When saving the file please make sure it doesn’t save as user.js.txt. You must select “All files” from the drop down box when saving instead of .txt. 

Windows Users (95/98/ME) –
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default 

Windows Users (2000/XP) –
C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxx.default 

Windows Users (Vista) –
C:\users\[User name]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default 

Where xxxxxxxx is a random string of 8 characters 

Step Five: Go to the Interstellar War Options Page and in the “Local Directory” type file://C:\image_pack_path  

Where image_pack_path is where you have extracted the image pack from.

Please note if you do not include file:// in the directory it will not work!!!!
